Necklaces and Pendants:

Chain lengths and the position of pendants vary according to differences in posture and width of the neck. This chart, however, provides a good indication as to where certain chain lengths will sit.

Rings:

Ring sizing can be difficult, but there are many guides online to assist you in achieving the correct ring size! If you already have a ring that you love the size of but was bought from somewhere who has alternate sizing, here is an international conversion chart to assist in making the right size choice!

We encourage any customers who are unsure of sizing to visit us instore to see one of our experienced staff members. This is not only quick but is a free service!

Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 and free express shipping on orders over $250! All other orders will be charged a flat rate of $10 for standard and $15 for express. At this current time, we only offer domestic Australian delivery and are unable to ship internationally.

Alternatively, you may wish to pick up from our store. We will send you a confirmation text message when your jewellery is ready to be picked up!
